From the moment we receive our grapes at the estate, the main objective is directed towards carefully respecting the times that wines need at each production phase.
With this criterion in mind, we carry out each enological practice with great artisan care, under a stringent technical follow-up, and we apply an exhaustive quality control process. Thus, wines are produced in small stainless steel barrels where they acquire, during vinification, all the potential that the vineyard has conferred them.
While aging in oak barrels, our wines develop, soften and acquire characteristics that increase its complexity. Thus, our wines enjoy of the roundness and balance of other great wines.
